SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping — 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping — 2–3 business days (where available)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Due to their size and weight, e-bikes and e-trikes may require freight shipping — a customer service representative will contact you to coordinate delivery if applicable.
Local Pickup Local customers are welcome to pick up their order in person. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready.
Shipping Restrictions We currently ship within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or international destinations at this time.
Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged, please email sales@ekingzz.com within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We'll resolve it promptly.
